This one bedroom property is perfect for an idyllic couple's retreat to North Yorkshire, encompassing the best of rural Yorkshire, as well as the city of York being within easy reach. Arriving at the property, you can find a roadside parking space for your vehicle, once parked up, enter the front gate and head up the path towards the front door.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted with the sitting room, filled with traditional cottage features, like its wooden beamed ceiling and exposed stone wall fire place, containing a woodburning stove, to be enjoyed whilst sitting back on the leather sofa or armchair, with a TV available should you wish to browse through your favourite programmes for entertainment. The charming kitchen continues the traditional feel with beamed ceilings, but has contemporary touches of sleek tiled flooring, wooden worktops and pale hues on the walls and cabinets; with a dining table and seating, you can enjoy cooking delicious meals and sitting down to eat together whilst you discuss plans for the remainder of your stay, whilst you enjoy views of the enclosed rear garden.

Up the carpeted staircase, you will find the spacious double bedroom, with crisp cream bedding, gorgeous exposed dark wood flooring and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. The stylish wood-panelled bathroom has a luxurious feel, with a corner bath, ideal for a soothing soak at the end of a long day's exploring, while the large shower cubicle is convenient for starting each day with a refreshing rinse. Outside, the front lawned garden is filled with beautiful and coulourful fauna, while the enclosed rear garden is a mix of gravel and stone path, a lovely spot for enjoying some fresh air and a morning coffee.

Easingwold is a picturesque town with a huge market square, surrounded by shops, pubs, cafés, pretty village greens and stunning Georgian architecture. Keen golfers can enjoy a round at the local golf club, while animal lovers will love visiting Beacon Alpacas, where you can go for a stroll with these friendly animals through the glorious Hambleton Hills. The Howardian Hills AONB and nature reserve is practically on your doorstep, with miles of rolling countryside, scenic villages and unique landscapes to admire.The North York Moors National Park is also within easy reach, where you can enjoy varied landscapes, from moorland to forest to dramatic coastline, there's a wealth of outdoor adventure available to you.

Easingwold is a quaint, historic market town within the Vale of York, on the edge of the Howardian Hills aonb and the North York Moors National Park. Picturesque and peaceful, it is a perfect introduction to Herriot Country. The town's centre boasts a large market square surrounded by splendid Georgian buildings. There are pretty village greens and a good selection of shops, pubs and cafés. Close by are many picturesque villages and quiet lanes, making it ideal for walkers and cyclists. the city of York, along with Ripon, Harrogate and Knaresborough are all within easy reach, as are the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors and coast; you are spoilt for choice from this excellent location.
