The property had wonderful views and great walks from the doorstep. All restaurants, shops and pubs easily accessible.

Whitby and the local area is one if our favourites in the UK. Lovely historic places, beautiful walks for all abilities, great seafood and pubs, and very friendly locals. As someone diagnosed as coaliac 5 years ago, proper fish and chips had become a distant memory. So, I was delighted that the Magpie Cafe go out of their way to cook safe, gluten free food on request. My first haddock and chips in over years was so good, I over-ate and could barely make the hill up to the Crescent! Perfect weekend break
