Definitely a small family stay with bunk beds and pull out mattress in 2nd room. Good location. Fortunately free parking in winter as only 2 day parking card thingy. Would I stay again, yes, for sure.

Take time to read the information and other reviews before you arrive. Nothing wrong with the property other than a stain on one of the sheets on the bunk beds, but we didn’t use them anyway.

The property was not the easiest to find or the cleanest We were a trio of friends in Whitby for the goth weekend We all complained about the mattresses on the beds not being comfy and having back ache every morning One of us dropped some money and it went down the sofa, mice would have had a party with all the stuff that was down there The same could be said for the mat under the table and chairs, we peeled that back, it was also bad Nowt down for winning FOUR IN A BED anytime soon The upside, it was nice and warm
