The apartment was really good and we will probably book again as it was exactly what we wanted. However we were not really satisfied with the response from your team when we had an issue with the external key. At first the team got back to us but appeared to lose interest once it could not be solved quickly. We really felt that once you had got our money you were no longer interested. If the apartment is available from another company we would go with them.
