Seahorse is a duplex apartment conveniently placed in the heart of the wonderful port town of Whitby in North Yorkshire. With excellent amenities, activities and a glorious beach just a stone's throw away, this is a fine choice for a seaside getaway with your nearest and dearest. Sharing a communal entrance, this fresh apartment rests over the first and second floor. Enter the property into a light and fresh sitting room, pleasantly furnished with comfy leather sofas, a modern electric fire and a Smart TV to offer a soothing spot to put your feet up at the end of the day. The galley kitchen provides all of the necessary appliances as it leads onto a charming dining room, here you can enjoy your meals together if you're not out exploring the town's fine eateries. The upper floor of Seahorse hosts an immaculate, all-white family shower room which serves two delightful bedrooms; a double and a twin which are peaceful spots to catch your much-needed sleep before the next adventure-filled day. Stepping out of your apartment, you will catch a glimpse of the striking Whitby Abbey, you will also be greeted by the town's wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as this, you can visit the Captain Cook Memorial Museum or the gloriously sandy beach, perfect for a summer's day. The North York Moors encompass Whitby, offering seemingly endless scenic walking country for you outdoor lovers. You can also visit well-known spots such as Robin Hood's Bay and the traditional seaside resort of Scarborough. A charming base to return to during a holiday of exploring this wonderful area.
Whitby is a fishing port at the mouth of the River Esk and is surrounded by the North York Moors National Park. The town has a wide range of quality amenities as well as a picturesque harbour, the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, a dramatic abbey and a fabulous sandy beach. Nearby, popular spots include Robin Hood's Bay, Scarborough and Pickering.
