The town is famous for its sandy beaches, ruined Abbey and bustling harbour where fishing boats land their catch in the early morning and where Captain Cook worked before sailing to discover Australia. Whitby also has fairs and festivals throughout the year.

We have re-visited this property for the last few years. It is regularly decorated and re-vamped which means it is always immaculate. It is in a great location, close to town but tucked away. We stay with another couple and there is plenty of room for everyone to chill out at the end of the day. Although we always eat out it has a roomy dining kitchen with all the equipment you could need should you wish to cook for yourself. Also has a dedicated parking bay.
