The living room makes a peaceful space to settle down in front of the flatscreen television after a day walking the town’s cobbled paths, and you can sit back and reflect on the next day’s adventures while you watch the waves play in the distance.

The open plan kitchen and dining space makes it easy to cook up something special using local Whitby produce, and what better excuse to take your time over a family meal than sampling the region’s famous seafood?

As the town that inspired Dracula, Whitby’s home to dramatic, coastal scenery and the beautiful Whitby Abbey perched high on the cliffs above it. Every inch the historic harbour town, Whitby’s changed little over the years, and its sandy beaches mean it’s perfect for bucket and spade days as well as those long windswept walks.
