The location is perfect, with easy access to so many great walks, we choose Runswick Bay to Staithes, Ravensar to Robin Hoods Bay, Sandsend & Musgrave Estate, Falling Foss Waterfall/Forest Walk & Tea Garden and not forgetting The Monks Trod to Whitby ending each day relaxing in a lovely comfortable apartment, it had everything we needed to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

The owner was prompt and most helpful when a minor weather related problem occurred, which we felt ought to be brought to her attention. Big garden with wonderful views towards Whitby and the Abbey. Good food at local pub within easy walking distance.

The property is very spacious and the decor has a gothic feel to it which fits in perfectly. The location is perfect , a great base to explore all of North Yorkshire. The village of Sneaton has a great pub( The Wilson Arms) with great food. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again in the future.
