Reviewers unanimously mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'very clean', 'well maintained', and 'everything really clean', indicating top marks for cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for being peaceful, scenic, and close to local sights and amenities. Its proximity to Bridlington, Flamborough Head, and other attractions contributes to a high score, with only a lack of direct mention of convenience for all types of travellers slightly lowering the score.
Comfort is highlighted as a strong point, with guests finding the property 'very comfortable', 'relaxing', and 'a real home from home'. The consistent positive feedback suggests maximum comfort.
Facilities are well-regarded, with mentions of the property having 'everything you need' and being 'well equipped'. The absence of DVDs and books, noted by one guest, slightly impacts the score.
Thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of a welcome pack, which guests appreciated. However, as gifts are not guaranteed, this is politely noted, and the score reflects the possibility that such extras may not always be provided.

A quieter resort than some of its more famous neighbours, Flamborough nevertheless is still packed with charm and a good deal of local amenities, including a shop, pubs, restaurants and even that seaside necessity, good old fish and chips. Bird watchers flock here in droves to visit rspb Bempton Cliffs where you can see puffins between March and August. For a good, old fashioned day at the seaside, head to the spa resort of Bridlington which boasts heaps of activities and traditional seaside fun. Or, head north along the coast and enjoy a day in Scarborough, visit Robin Hood’s Bay or go and shop, eat and maybe take a boat trip around the traditional harbour in the very popular coastal town of Whitby.
For a change of pace, York is a must and history buffs will find much to explore. In the same vein, the area also offers lots of stately homes including Sledmere, Burton Agnes and Burton Constable. Why not take the land train, which travels along the coast up to Sewerby where you can visit the famous Sewerby Hall and Gardens? In fact there is so much to see and do that you are sure to return, just to fit it all in, and having fallen in love with the Light House, you are sure to return there too. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Beautifully decorated bungalow in the most scenic location. The property had everything you could possibly need, even some welcome biscuits and wine! Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short distance from the wonderful sights Flamborough has to offer. Lovely pubs and tasty award winning chip shop, plus only a short drive from Bridlington and Filey. Can't fault the property or the area, definitely recommend.
