Facilities provided were good with most things catered for and there were refreshments and biscuits left as a welcome. There was only one heater in the apartment when we arrived, but the owner promptly sorted this out for us. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh, with small toiletries provided too. The bed was comfy and we slept very well. There was a good size shower but the sink is very small, not the picture shown online for that apartment. There were a few things missing that would make it a 5 star rating e.g. coat hooks, a chest of drawers (we had to live out of out suitcases) and more hangers (only 3 provided). A small bin in the bathroom or bedroom would be good. There was no coffee table, only a side table and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable if sat on for long periods. Some more cooking utensils would be good, a fish slice and a serving spoon would be useful. And an iron and ironing board. There were parking permits provided, which was helpful and instructions for everything, although we only found these later as they were in one of the kitchen drawers. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family as we had a lovely stay.

A bit rough around the edges, but good value for money.
