Aptly named ‘Sea Views Three - 38’, this gorgeous holiday cottage resides within a peaceful cul-de-sac on the dramatic headland of Knipe Point, just to the south of the historic coastal town of Scarborough. This is the ideal location for exploring the dramatic Yorkshire Coastline, and only a short stroll away from the beach following the steps down from the cliff top. The Cleveland Way passes by the doorstep, taking you along the coast and then inland into the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
The Yorkshire coastline draws guests back year after year, with welcoming locals, fresh local seafood, a fascinating seafaring history as well as many picturesque views. Here at Sea Views Three - 38 you can enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the living room, with glass patio doors making the most of the views. From the enclosed garden you can admire the views in the sunshine, perhaps enjoying dinner al-fresco.
The living room has two large three seater sofas and a wide screen TV. This is open plan with the dining area, with its extending table, perfect for entertaining over a bottle of wine. The owners have provided lots of additional extras to make your stay more comfortable, including plenty of books to choose from. The modern kitchen is generously equipped, ready to create all of your favourite meals. Set all on the ground floor, here are two good sized bedrooms, comprising a kingsize and a double, as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside is a second side garden, with another patio area. There is also a hose for cleaning walking boots as well as bikes, plus a shed with sun loungers and other beach equipment for you to use. Nearby there is much to see and do, including beautiful bays and beaches, such as Filey with over 5 miles of golden sand. There are local surf schools, where you can have lessons or hire surf and paddle boards. Visit Scarborough with its Sea life centre, open air theatre, Peasolm Park with oriental gardens and paddle boats, and Alpamare Water Park and Spa. For nature lovers you have Bempton Cliffs rspb bird centre, with nesting puffins and gannets.
Flamborough Head is beautiful with dramatic white cliffs, seals and an iconic lighthouse. The stately homes of Sewerby Hall or Castle Howard are ideal for a day out, or you can explore the nearby North Yorkshire Moors National Park. The nearby village of Thornton Le Dale is a great spot to start your national park adventure, where you can enjoy an ice cream as you take in the scenery venturing out on one of the many walking trails onto the moors. Beach 520 yards. Shop 1¾ miles, pub 1½ miles and restaurant 1 mile.

Had a wonderfull christmas at seaview very clean and comfortalble stunning views. Just one coment the sauce pans are really bad bit of a struggle making christmas dinner.that said will definatly be back.
