Numerous family-friendly activities are available, as well as several top-notch tourist attractions for adults, such as the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa, and the Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. With golf courses, excellent seaside walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle paths like the former railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing, and championship-caliber surfing, Scarborough is a great place for outdoor activities.

Handy for all North Bay attractions.

To the very grateful welcome pack (after being stuck on the A66 for over an hour) was brilliant being able to get a cup of tea and gather ourselves. Perfect for the beautiful north beach and peasholme park. Our dog was in heaven. Excellent cafes and bars nearby.

However, when we entered the appartment it was lovely. Furnished to a high standard, comfortable and plenty of room. The welcome pack was good. The back door was a blessing and we used it all the time. Parking excellent as it is early season but fear in the height of the summer it wouldn't be. A few extra mugs and other crockery would be good as only 3 mugs left but I did buy another white mug and left it there. I know it is for two adults but it would mean we wouldn't have to wash up as much and would use the dishwasher like we do at home. Situated in an area that's close to the North Bay and only 15mins into town. We have been coming to Scarborough since 1985 and will definately be coming back to North Bay Retreat.
