There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us all without feeling cramped and also bedrooms left spare and unused. There were plenty of comfortable rooms to relax in with seating for everyone. The dining room was very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped with pots and pans that were big enough to cater for large parties. The hot tub was a massive hit with everyone and was well used. Seacrest Lodge was in a lovely situation with a very nice garden. There is a very pleasant walk to Scarborough front which took approximately 30 minutes at a slow pace. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Phil even called round when we had a minor problem with the dishwasher. All in all we had a very pleasant weekend being together as a family in a place that suited all our needs. I would recommend Seacrest Lodge for your family get togethers or any large group gatherings.
