This apartment is very handy for the lift down to the sea front . We had the first floor apartment . My room had a wet room but has an elderly woman I found this quite dangerous , no handles and the floor became very wet . I was frightened I was going to fall. It is classed as a luxury apartment but it lacks a few details. No hooks to hang a dressing gown or a plug near a mirror to dry your hair . No chair in the bedroom . Little things that help to be comfortable.

We booked on the same day we traveled for a weekend break itcwas a rushed decision and Derwent house was the 1st apartment to come up ..it looked nice on the photos but Oh my goodness it was beautiful everything was top notch ..spotlessly clean ..and just fabulous we can't wait to go back 😍
