The property is situated within a short stroll down to the north bay beach or to the popular waterpark with a fun splash pool and wave machine.  It is also just across the road from the wonderful Peasholm Park, one of the main attractions of Scarborough, with beautiful gardens and a boating lake.  You can hire rowing boats or pedalos, and in the summer months, the lake plays host to a miniature naval warfare battle on the lake, enjoyed by many children of all ages over the years. 

The town centre is just a mile away with some excellent bars, restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as the Stephen Joseph Theatre, home to most of Alan Aykbourn’s premiers and well worth visiting.  Scarborough boasts two bays, the North Bay and the South Bay, separated by the c. . .
