Climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can indulge in a soothing soak in the bath or wash away the day with a refreshing shower, before choosing from two well-appointed bedrooms, a light filled double with exposed brick wall and original beams and a second double. Among the town's many bars and restaurants is a well-stocked convenience store where you can stock up on fresh ingredients or any last-minute essentials. Everything from the historic Scarborough Castle and Rotunda Museum to Alpamare and Luna Park to Peasholm Park, where you can explore The Secret Garden or picnic with your loved ones by the lake, can be found in the town. Additionally, there is an open-air theatre in the middle of a lake, an aquarium, and a cliff lift that offer breath-taking views. If you'd rather relax on the sand with some fresh fish and chips, there are three beautiful sandy beaches to choose from. The North York Moors Railway, Mount Grace Priory, and the Ingleby and Wainstones peaks are just a few of the highlights of the North York Moors National Park. Whitby Abbey, the 199 Steps, and whale-watching boat trips are just a few of the things to do in the bustling town of Whitby, which is famous for its Gothic architecture.

Many of Scarborough's exquisite houses, parks, and gardens, as well as its mediaeval castle, have been preserved since the Victorian era. Beautiful golden sand beaches popular with families and little children may be found in North and South Bays. For adults, there are numerous attractions, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa, and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. There are also a number of kid-friendly activities. In addition to golf courses and the Cleveland Way, which offers spectacular coastal walks and cycling paths like the ancient railway to Whitby, Scarborough also has excellent sailing and championship-quality surfing.

Everything we needed was there & super comfortable. The view of the sunrise & beach was amazing. The only negative was the noisy seagulls right outside the bedroom window which is totally out of anyone’s control, but they were loud & have no concept of time. However didn’t spoil our stay as everything else was wonderful. Would defo use this place again.

Although you are provided with parking scratch cards it's impossible to find anywhere to park. The problem is you are parking in the same area as the resident permit parking so all the spaces are taken. I would blame the council for this as they will be well aware of the situation, ironically there are car parks near to the property which are virtually empty but at 9 pounds per day they are a non-starter. Why don't the council allow residents to park in the car parks with their permit as that could relieve the problem? I got lucky the first day and found one space as I was parking I was approached by a resident who informed me that is where she parked. I left my car there for the full week which was inconvenient as I wanted to explore the area like Whitby but could not. I was uncomfortable leaving my car in the space all week but my alternative was to park miles away from the property or pay to park.

Then, there are two more flights of steps to get to the sitting room and kitchen and single bedroom. Then, there are a further two flights of stairs up to the two double bedrooms and only bathroom and toilet. So, in total there are an enormous amount of steps which is not clear enough in the description of the accommodation.
