Rent a rowboat to explore the lake, or enjoy a romantic picnic for two in the lush meadows. Alternatively, head to Scarborough Harbour (1 mile), hop onto a boat and sail away for a day. Take a fishing trip, a wildlife cruise or visit Bempton Cliffs (16 miles), where you can see thousands of seabirds. There is a lovely Italian Resturant within 5 mins walk as well as all the town has to offer both seafront and locally.
