You step in the front door straight into the lounge, to the rear of the property is a well equipped kitchen. With close access to Whitby only 3 miles away and all this historic town has to offer you will be spoilt for things to do. Should you wish to remain local there are some lovely eating establishments just a short walk away namely Estbek House a seafood restaurant, The Hart Inn in Sandsend and the Stiddy in the nearby village of Lythe.
