This lovely 3 bedroomed property situated in the pretty coastal village of Sandsend so close to the beach. You step in the front door with a small porch and straight into the lounge, to the rear of the property is a well equipped kitchen bathroom and conservatory a lovely space to enjoy reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. With close access to Whitby only 3 miles away and all this historic town has to offer you will be spoilt for things to do. Should you wish to remain local there are some lovely eating establishments just next door namely Estbek House a seafood restaurant, The Hart Inn in Sandsend and the Stiddy in the nearby village of Lythe.

Property was dirty in places, particularly the floors. Could do with a deep clean to remove debris and cobwebs

We had a lovely time, the place is so close to the beach with lots to do in the area. Parking is a problem though, and there were a lot of dog hairs from the previous guests
