Snaptrip says

Manor Farm in Scarborough receives high praise for its comfortable accommodation, picturesque garden, and excellent location. Guests enjoyed the luxurious bedding, spacious rooms, and the property's charm. The open fires and thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of fizz were appreciated, contributing to memorable stays. While most feedback is positive, a few guests noted minor issues with maintenance and cleanliness.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests generally found Manor Farm to be clean and well-presented, with luxurious and spotless bedding. However, there were isolated comments about a sticky kitchen table and unclean outdoor furniture, slightly affecting the overall impression.

The property's location is highly regarded, offering a peaceful retreat with a picturesque setting in a pretty village, yet conveniently close to Scarborough and local attractions. The nearby pubs and restaurants add to the appeal.

The comfort of Manor Farm is frequently highlighted, with guests mentioning comfortable beds, a cosy sitting room with an open fire, and a spacious garden. A few guests noted issues with single beds and plumbing, but overall experiences were very positive.

The facilities at Manor Farm are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and ample space. However, there were mentions of a non-functioning shower and an oven breakdown, suggesting some room for improvement in maintenance.

While guests appreciated the thoughtful gestures such as a welcome bottle of fizz and assistance from the owners, there is not enough information to determine if such gifts are a consistent offering, and they should not be expected on every visit.

It is lovingly furnished with period furniture and artefacts befitting its age . It was very comfortable both in the seating areas and the bedrooms . The bedding and curtains were luxurious and spotlessly clean . Our family of seven adults and four children had plenty of room to play and relax both inside and outside the house in the fabulous garden . The spotless kitchen was certainly well equipped and had everything you need to cook a meal for eleven people and we enjoyed the seating area in the garden while having our barbacue . If you appreciate an historical setting surrounded by period furnishings, then this is the house to stay in .The house is a credit to the hosts Heather and Kevin . The location is great for the coastal towns nearby and also the water park which is just down the road. (The water park hosts the weekly Parkrun as well as water activities ) A most memorable time was had by all . Celia Gibson

Cracked fridge in the interior .Bird mess on all outside chairs. Did expect a detached house but found downstairs half rooms shared with other people.

Bedding and beds were luxurious and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the open fire every night. The front of the home is picturesque with a huge garden. Close to nearly villages but far enough away to feel you are remote and relaxed away from the busy world. Drive five miles and you are back in the hustle and bustle of life. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider returning. Thank you
