The large sitting/dining room is flooded with natural light from the patio doors that lead out onto an enclosed private patio area. The dining table offers seating for six, creating a sociable space to enjoy a delicious evening meal, take away or a much-needed glass of your favourite holiday drink.
The deep filled sofas surround an electric wood burning stove and are ideal for lazy evenings in enjoying a movie or catching up on your favourite soap! The ground floor accommodation is completed with a toilet. In the wide hallway is an area for hanging towels and coats as well as plenty of space for shoes and buckets and spades. To the first floor are three bedrooms all off which have exposed wooden floors, stylish interior design and flexible sleeping opportunities with a bunk bedroom, king-size double and super-king size zip and link double (Can be twins on request). The larger two bedrooms also provide built in wardrobes. The family bathroom is the final room on this floor and offers a shower cubicle, a separate bath and a toilet.

The sandpiper is a lovely house it is clean, spacious, bright. It is very well equipped, the beds are lovely and comfortable. The patio is a nice space to relax, the parking place is a godsend . The downside is the neighbours who are loud and their use of expletives is a bit off putting.

The accomadation was so well equiped & spotlessly clean,thank you.It was easy reach of shops & beach & The Cobblers pub was cosy,no tv,music or pool table.How ever was all spoilt by " someone" dumping their tuble dryer in the parking space on our first day.The household waste bin had very little in untill we came to use it & had been filled till lid wouldn,t shut.Couldn,t sit outside after a day sightseeing because the foul language from nxt door (*Personal information removed by Feefo*) would make your toes curl.Nice well kept cottage,poor location.Will not be returning.
