Take a seat at the dining table and appreciate time well-spent with great company as you begin to tuck in to the delicious home-cooked meal. Retire to the sofas for a family night in front of the TV watching enthralling movies or catching back-to-back episodes of your favourite shows. When you feel yourself drifting away into a sleepy state, pick yourself up from the sofa and wander through to your bedroom; a double bedroom can be found at the end of the hallway decorated with beautiful country-style furnishings and complete with an airy en-suite featuring a walk-in shower. The second of the bedrooms is home to an adult bunk-bed and wall-mounted TV, providing the perfect place to unwind after an action-packed day exploring Filey; this bedroom also features a Jack-and-Jill shower-room that can also be accessed from the hallway. Open up the pretty bi-fold doors and step out onto the patio where you can indulge in breakfast outdoors during the summer months. Make the most of your time in the resort with a trip to the gym followed by a steam in the sauna. You can also enjoy a game of tennis on the courts or spend the morning swimming laps in the heated indoor pool. If you don't fancy cooking, it's no problem; just head to the nearby Bayside Kitchen and indulge in a family meal out or grab a pint at the John Paul Jones pub, just a short walk from the cottage. Venture into Filey for a walk along the scenic beach or take the children to meet the friendly alpaca at Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park. Filey is a charming seaside town sitting on the beautiful coast of Yorkshire. Within the town you will find a supermarket, a number of well-established cafes and restaurants and a train station connecting you to many of Yorkshire's hot spots. The outstanding setting means there are an abundance of coastal and countryside walks for you to enjoy during your stay in the area, as well as lots of historical sites and family attractions to be explored.
