Step inside the tiled entrance porch, and the first thing you notice is the panorama stretching across the water. Large windows and the glass-fronted deck draw the eye towards the horizon, whether the tide is rolling in or the morning sun is rising over the bay. Sleeping up to seven guests across three bedrooms, the house combines contemporary design with a relaxed coastal atmosphere and a layout that works especially well for families. A private path leads down to the five-mile sweep of Filey Beach below. The house also sits on a quiet private lane with parking for two cars and its own electric vehicle charger. Bedroom 1: Family-friendly bedroom with a triple-sleeper bunk (double below, single above).
