Please do remember though that this is a communal building in a residential area and that courtesy towards neighbouring properties would be appreciated. The property sits on one of the village roads leading down to the sea and offers roadside parking. There is a shared entrance into the building and just up one flight of stairs will lead you to this cosy yet contemporary property. Recently renovated, the apartment has an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area accompanied by a Smart TV and WiFi. With all the amenities available this is the perfect space to make a tasty home-cooked meal after a long day out! There are also two spacious bedrooms comprising one twin and one double. Down four steps will take you to the modern family bathroom that has underfloor heating, and it is here where you will also find the double bedroom. On your doorstep is a long stretch of beautiful golden sand and the bay is edged with two promenades, perfect for taking the dog for a walk or for an early evening stroll. Your local shop and pub is only a five minute walk away and there are many activities for the family to be getting involved with, from pony rides on the beach to crazy golf. If you fancy an exciting cliff walk and to do a bit of bird stopping, Flamborough Head and Bempton Cliffs are both nearby. Further afield will bring you to Scarborough and Alpamare Water park is something you don't want to miss out! Situated in a beautiful, traditional part of England with plenty to do, 20c Beach Loft is a perfect base all year round!

Filey is a seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has a long stretch of sand and shallow rockpools to the north. The town itself has individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels. There is a small coble landing, a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, two promenades and there are various gardens. This small town is family orientated, with many activities for you to enjoy like crazy golf! Nearby, Flamborough Head has high cliffs and Bempton Cliffs are a haven for bird lovers. With plenty to explore Scarborough is a short drive away.
