Set in an elegant converted Victorian property, internal stairs, the last of which are quite steep that lead up to the apartment, but here you will be greeted with uninterrupted vistas, stretching from Filey Brigg right along the coastline to Flamborough Head, Bempton cliffs and Flamborough lighthouse.

Small but perfectly formed, the apartment has a compact modern kitchen and a cosy but comfortable sitting room that looks down over the promenade. With a 50" Smart TV, Netflix and superfast WiFi and DAB radio, guests will have plenty of choice for a quiet night in, if they can tear themselves away from watching the ever-changing seas. Filey has five miles of award-winning golden sands, where you can take a leisurely walk one way to Hunmanby Gap and take refreshments at a rustic, beachside cafe, or the other way onto the Brigg, with its shallow rock pools. Don your walking boots and hike along the Cleveland Way clifftop long distant trail, sure to blow the cobwebs away, or stroll down to the unique coble landing and enjoy a pot of prawns! With quaint tea rooms, cafes and restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice in eating out and browsing in the many small independent shops in the town. The Downcliffe restaurant, just 50 yards from the apartment has received a Certificate of Excellence and is well recommended. Well worth a visit is the RSPB Reserve at Bempton Cliffs, just a few minutes’ drive from Filey, where you can observe puffins, kittiwakes and gannets in their natural habitat, a wonderful experience. A little further is the larger resort of Scarborough, or inland, there is the wonderful rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds and North York Moors to explore.
