About this property

Thank you you for considering our lovely holiday home which will provide a cosy and comfortable base for your holiday. I It is located in Cedar court overlooking the fishing lake, is not over looked and parking spaces are directly behind the caravan with no need to walk across the grass. it is a quiet cul de sac but only a short walk to the main venue and the bus stop at the entrance of the park.

It is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 twin , 1 with full size single beds and 1 double with king size bed, tv/dvd and plenty of storage space, en suite toilet and wash basin and dressing area

There is an open plan kitchen lounge dining room with free standing furniture, smart and well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, and full size fridge freezer and dishwasher

There is a large south facing wrap around verandah with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining! We also provide books games and dvds for those pesky rainy days!

Beds are made fresh on your arrival, tea towel and bath mat also provided along with complimentary tea coffee and sugar. all you need to bring are your bath towels. Also provided are cleaning products, toilet rolls and kitchen roll

We ask for £100 security bond, the caravan is cleaned and checked between each visit and we kindly ask that the caravan is left as you find it and dispose of all rubbish in one of the many recycling bins around the park. security will be refunded with in 48hrs on satisfactory inspection.

It is strictly no smoking/no vaping/no drugs No pets. No BBQs on the veranda. Any evidence of this will result in non return of security bond.

Charging of EV vehicles is strictly prohibited, excess electricity usage will be charged for. There are charging points in the car park near the venue

We are totally inclusive and welcome all families but no stag/hen dos.

We understand accidents can happen but would appreciate if you inform us of any events ASAP so things can be rectified before the next guests arrive.

There are plenty of actives and entertainment on the park and passes can be purchased online once your arrival is registered by me with haven
