Perriwinkle is a property with mixed reviews, praised for its location near the beach and on-site amenities. Some guests found the apartment clean and well-equipped, while others noted areas for improvement in comfort and maintenance. The property's potential is acknowledged, with several guests enjoying their stay despite some issues.
Cleanliness received mixed feedback. Some guests arrived to a clean apartment, while others reported it not being spotless, with specific mentions of dirty ovens and stained items. The inconsistency in cleanliness standards has impacted the score.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, on-site pub, shop, and swimming pool. The convenience and attractiveness of the location contribute to a high score.
Comfort has been a significant concern among guests, with complaints about the quality of mattresses, sofas, and bunk beds. The lack of comfort in the sleeping arrangements has led to a lower score.
Facilities and maintenance have been noted as areas needing attention. Issues with hot water, broken blinds, and rusty radiators were mentioned. However, the presence of a swimming pool and other on-site amenities provided some positive experiences.
There is insufficient information regarding thoughtfulness, such as gifts or welcome packs, to provide a score. While a small welcome pack is mentioned in one review, it is not enough to evaluate the category fully.

It's spacious and pretty clean. If you look really closely you'll probably find it's got a few cobwebs etc but its certainly not filthy as some have made out. The living room sofas aren't that comfortable but they're OK. The kitchen is fine and there is a small welcome pack that you get which is helpful. There is no WiFi znd yiu cant get a reception so it's worth taking a book to read. There is WiFi in the pub, though. Location is great, 2 minute walk to the complex's pub and leisure centre. The pub has free WiFi. The food is ok. The leisure centre's pool is small and you sometimes have to wait to get in. The site is really nice and you can walk to a pretty secluded beach in 10 minutes. I'd stay here again.

Easy to access and having free access to all onsite facilities was great. Would definitely return!
