Resting in The Bay is this two-bedroom, end-terrace cottage, 2 Perran Court. With Primrose Valley and beautiful sandy beaches on your doorstep, 2 Perran Court is a admirable spot for your next trip to the North Yorkshire coast, just south of Filey. Step into the homely setting where you will find a cloakroom with WC, and a well-equipped kitchen so the dedicated chef can rustle up an evening meal or prepare a beachfront picnic. Moving through the property, there is also a living/dining room where guests can cuddle up in front of the electric fire as they enjoy their favourite shows or gather round the dining table to toast to a wonderful holiday. 30 to find the cottage was cold, 7C, so we turned on the heating but unfortunately nothing happened. We managed to get Security to come but the problem was beyond his experience. He very kindly got in touch with a gas engineer and we had heating by 9.00.

At first was disappointed with the oven, the side shelf racks had obviously been taken out to clean and put back in wrong so the shelves kept tipping, fortunately we were able to put them back correctly. The bin lid had also been taken off and just balanced on top but again was able to fix this problem. House is a little bit tired but would not put us of booking again. We had a fabulous week in a fabulous location. Thank you

The place was very clean and contained all essentials needed for a stay, even extra touches which were nice. The property is in a good position on the site, not far from the main facilities but in a quiet cul de sac. Parking was easy straight outside the property. It was tidy, clean and well equipped. The only thing personally for me that would have made a big difference is to have had the small garden area enclosed for the pooches, but that's a minor thing as I knew before booking most are open to the communal areas. I'm already looking to re-book for next year if this standard is maintained :)
