As you enter the house, there is an open-plan living room, providing a bright and inviting space for relaxation. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining area, perfect for meals shared with loved ones. The modern kitchen, complete with integrated appliances and a convenient breakfast bar, overlooks the enclosed patio at the rear.. The ground floor also features a utility room, a cloak, although workmen like its houses a Belfast sink and Toilet, adding convenience to your stay. Venturing up to the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one king bedroom with a full bathroom and dressing room, as well as a family bedroom with a king-size four-poster and a single bed. The family room has an en-suite shower, plus there is a separate toilet.
On the second floor, you have two bedrooms, one with a super king bed with an brand new en-suite shower room. This large room also has a comfortable sofa bed. On this floor is a double with an en-suite full bathroom. Amazing location. Good sized house.A few things that slightly spoiled our stay. Ants in the kitchen.could not change the heating as set to 20c. We had a chilly week despite being june and the house was cold, had we not had a log burner it would have been miserable.Tv lounge area did not have enough seating for a family of 7, needed to drag one of the sofas over.Tv did not work in 4 poster bedroom despite buying new batteries and assuming it was a remote control problem.Lightbulbs in some bedrooms did not work in lampsHowever the kitchen was well stocked hopefully constructive feedback and would still recommend

A fabulous house for our joint 70th birthday celebration. Every room has its own en-suite which we have never had before ( plus 2 extra toilets!). House is well equipped - we found everything we needed was provided for. The house is right in the middle of Thornton le Dale. Some beautiful places to visit on doorstep -both coastal and forest. A real gem.
