Out at the rear of the property you have a patio area with stone steps leading you up into the large, enclosed garden, which boasts a summer house, perfect for spending balmy summer afternoons.  Up on the first and second floor you have the bedrooms.  On the first floor you have a twin as well as the master king bedroom.  There is also the family bathroom on this floor with a luxurious clawfoot bath and a separate shower room with WC facilities.  At the top of the cottage on the secon. . .
