Pickering Lodge is the closest lodge to Spencers Bar and Grill and therefore maybe subject to some noise.
There are no electric charging points at Pickering Lodges. Please do not charge your car at your lodge as this is not accepted by the park.
Security Deposit
Please note there is a £50 security deposit to be paid cash on arrival for all lodges, except the Malton Lodge which is £100 cash on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay once the lodge has been checked.

Please note your lodge will not be available until 4pm.
In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.
The on-site bar/restaurant will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays moving forward due to issues with staffing.
Bar and restaurant will be closed between 04/11/2024 - 21/11/2024, and will reopen on the 22/11/2024 due to staff holidays.
Please note that unfortunately due to a fire at the TV mast in Bilsdale, television services are not working on site. However all TVs are Smart TVs and can therefore use internet based TV services.
If you plan on dining at Spencer’s Bar and Grill during your stay, we highly recommend for you to book ahead of your stay to guarantee a table.
Please note charging electric vehicles from your accommodation is strictly prohibited.

Stayed in lodge 1 with some friends for a weekend, lovely lodge in a great location to either be able to chill, go for walks or explore further out!The lodge was fairly equipped with most things you’d need, only miss for us was the lack of oven trays! Spacious lodge, comfortable beds and great bathroom.My only negative was we were the lodge directly next to the pub meaning there was noise and also lots of children running around in the park (as you would expect) however when traveling without children it did impact on us using the hot tub and having the curtains open as didn’t feel very private as the children did walk up to our decking and one even decided to come to a walk on the decking! However I know this would be an ideal spot if you did have children but maybe not for couples or friends without children

The lodge was a bit passed its best and could do with a bit of money spending on it The covers for the patio furniture were dirty and a bit mouldy, the shelf in the fridge was broken, no battery in the big clock, remote for tv just about worked with a bit of persuasion the quality of crockery etc was poorHowever beds were comfy, furniture of a good standard and plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobesThe hot tub was great as well and the setting is great with a view of the lake
