Thorton Dale, also known as Thornton-le-Dale, is a delightful village resting just within the incredible North York Moors National Park and Dalby Forest. It lies around 16-miles west of the seaside resort of Scarborough providing you with easy access to beach days on the Victorian seafront, or head further into the North York Moors and discover beautiful landscapes and walking terrain. The village has a local convenience store, a pub and a tea rooms, so you have all you need at hand.
