This charming holiday cottage, one of a pair, provides spacious, comfortable accommodation in one of North Yorkshire’s prettiest villages. From the cottage it is just a short walk to the heart of the village where there are tea rooms, inns, restaurants and a variety of shops. The village is on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and is excellently situated for visiting the many attractions in the area. York with its Minster, museums and historic centre is just over half an hour away. The North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway runs from Pickering. Stately homes, castles, museums, the East Yorkshire coastal resorts and Dalby Forest are all within easy reach. Shops ¼ mile.

Lovely cottage. Well equipped and clean. Located in a beautiful village with lots to do in the in the local area. Great communication from the owners. Worth visiting the local pubs and especially Cedarbarn Farmshop on the way to Pickering for breakfast and coffee

Daisy Cottage has been beautifully renovated and well furnished. For a winter holiday it was warm and snug for a week for us in spite of a lot of wet weather - Rog and Chris, Derbyshire

Arrived to an unclean cottage with dirty bed linen and towels on the floor and a cottage that obviously hadnt had a cleaner near it. The owners were wonderful and sorted everything out for us including driving over an hour to get to us.
