Fire Safety Precautions - The new Fire Risk Risk Assessment Regulations requires you to be aware of the following additional fire safety precautions:

Electric/hybrid car charging should not be made via the power sockets in the cottage or it's gardens. We have an EV charger for electric vehicles (located next to The Barn, at Middleton Hall) that you will be able to use at an additional charge.

E-bikes and e-scooters are not permitted. Charging could be a fire risk and will also invalidate our insurance.

Please note that candles and tea lights are not permitted.

Log Burner - please ensure to use with the door closed at all times and please do not leave unattended at any time.

Smoking is not permitted.
