A ground floor cottage which provides welcoming and cosy accommodation for a couple, close to the village pub, North York Moors and the market town of Pickering.

Little Fox Cottage offers a superb base for exploring the many attractions the North York Moors and the Heritage Coast have to offer. Great care has been taken to provide a lovely cosy and welcoming retreat and after you've spent your day exploring the area, it is a joy to return to. The cottage is located close to the popular pub with quality food, the Fox and Rabbit (which has a restaurant). There are excellent walks directly from here or for a more relaxing stay, take advantage of the lovely courtyard with outside seating. To enjoy the wonderful scenery of the Moors, a trip on the North York Moors Steam Preservation Railway is a must, you can hop on at Goathland, Aidensfield in Heartbeat, or the picturesque village of Levisham over to the market town of Pickering which has a varied selection of shops, tearooms and pubs.

Just a short drive away Whitby has quaint shops, tearooms and is noted for some of the finest fish and chips in the North of England. Sandsend, Robin Hood's Bay and Scarborough to name but a few, many with sandy beaches and all with unique interesting attractions waiting to be discovered.

Pets: Two small dogs are welcome.

Heating: Oil central heating, electric fire in sitting room.

Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.

Notes: Towels are provided. Shared laundry room with washer and dryer. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge.
