Awarded a Visit England Gold Award in April 2021, Pheasant Roost is a wonderfully designed pod boasting magnificent views!
Inside, the open-plan living space features underfloor heating throughout. A well-equipped kitchenette offers a double gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and plenty of pots, pans and utensils.
The dining area has a small table seating for up to four guests, and the sitting area provides Freeview television, Wifi and a sofa that conveniently converts to a bed accommodating a total of four people if required. Please see additional information for details regarding extra guests.
The en suite contains a shower, wash basin and WC. There is hot water and electricity throughout the pod, as well as all important Wifi.
If cooking al fresco is your thing, then head outside to light up the firepit and barbecue. Gather around the seating area featuring lovely rattan furniture, or sit and watch the sun set over the hills from the decking. Exuding comfort, Pheasant Roost is the perfect place to recharge your batteries under the stars.
Situated in a large meadow, Pheasant Roost enjoys ample space away from two other stylish pods, The Vale View and The Beehive.

Two well behaved dogs welcome for £10 per dog. Dogs must be kept on leads.
A sofa bed is available when needed to accommodate one adult or two children.
Extra adult can be added for an additional charge of £20.
Extra child can be added for an additional charge of £10.
Travel cots available to hire for £15.

Lovely hut with everything you could need. Stunning views and nice walks straight out of the door. Great hot tub and outdoor furniture make it great for all weathers.

We visited here in March for our wedding anniversary, not done glamping before but would definitely do it again after having a wonderful couple of days here. We spent the days walking & the nights in the hot tub looking out over the Yorkshire countryside & the twinkly lights on the horizon. The accommodation is very nice, loved having the robes to lounge about in & although it was gorgeous in the day the nights were cold but the underfloor heating made everything feel so cosy. The bed was so comfortable. Paula was a great host mixing just the best amount of genuine hospitality with letting us enjoy the solitude of our break together. Meeting the family dogs was the icing on the cake. We'd definitely recommend & have already been singing the praises of The Pheasant Roost to family & friends. Thank you Paula & Tim for a brilliant break.
