The owner was very welcoming, a lovely person. The cottage was bright and airy. We slept very well in the comfy bed and enjoyed the really hot shower. Everything you could want for a short stay for two. Our two dogs really enjoyed the outdoor area which was also lovely to sit in and enjoy the far reaching views.

This was a lovely cottage set in an idyllic location. The cottage was well furnished and had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The location was perfect for a touring holiday of Yorkshire. Well worth the visit and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely week at Coach cottage, which is situated in a quiet, picturesque village, Gilling East. The property is warm, cosy and well equipped. A bonus for us was the private tennis court right at the front door. Our host was very welcoming and we would definitely recommend this cottage. It's in an ideal place for sight-seeing York and other lovely market-towns nearby.
