Nestling on the southern edge of the North York Moors, Burnley House Bed & Breakfast in Hutton le Hole sits just west of Pickering where you can pick up the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway.  An award-winning 'Best North Yorkshire Accommodation', our village B&B is a beautiful old farmhouse perfect for weekend getaways and for exploring market towns, the Moors and Yorkshire Coast.  Traditional tea rooms and a chocolate factory are just a 2 minute stroll away.

Guest rooms include a choice of luxury and standard doubles, family and twin en-suites.

All rooms include cosy heating, flat-screen 22" colour Freeview TV, DVDs, well stocked hospitality trays with tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits.

Hair dryers, bathrobes, slippers and towels are all provided.

A pretty outdoor BBQ and picnic area is also available to guests, along with secure bike storage. 

Enjoy England award-winning cooked English breakfast, croissants and various light breakfast options are included in booking, usually served from 8am to 9am daily. 

For children we'll happily provide games and highchairs. 

Ample free parking is on-site and pets are welcome in some rooms (but not in the dining area during breakfast).

Directions

Hutton-le-Hole is just off the A170, east of Kirbymoorside.  Just follow signs for the Rydale Folk Museum.  Burnley House is the first on the green, with white posts and chain linked fence.  The private car park can be found within the courtyard.
