    - Mr Moore, October 2018
"Couch seemed to be from a retirement home, you could only sit up straight and had no give - so not comfortable at all. Kettle leaking, Oven door not closing correctly. Property was cold when we arrived, and even after turning the heating up and leaving on all night - the property was still cold in the morning. Even though we booked for 3 nights, we only stayed 1 night as due to it being so cold, we never got any sleep. We made our excuses over the phone to the owner as nobody was at the farmhouse, even after trying twice. Would NOT recommend this cottage to anyone. Very disappointing and will not be returning."
    - Mr Reddy, September 2018
"If one tries to interpret the instructions, one would probably end up in Kirbymoorside, that is, in the oposite direction to the correct location!"
    - Mrs Bray, December 2018
"There was wine and mince pies awaiting us along with a Christmas card.Pet friendly,we will most definitely be visiting again."
    - Mrs Parsons, November 2019
"In the summer and dry weather this would be a great spot for a break. The owner is as lovely lady, who is very helpful if needed."
