Snaptrip says

Jasmine Cottage is frequently praised for its cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, and proximity to Richmond, making it a well-liked choice for visitors. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches such as provided tea and coffee, though some mention the beds could be more comfortable and the outdoor space more private. Overall, the cottage offers a pleasant stay with its convenient location and well-equipped amenities.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently note the cottage's immaculate condition, highlighting its cleanliness as a strong point. The property is well-maintained, contributing to the overall positive experience.

The location is generally well-regarded due to its proximity to Richmond and scenic walks. However, some guests feel the description of the distance to the town centre could be more accurate, and it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.

The cottage is often described as cosy and comfortable, but there are several remarks about the firmness of the beds and the size of the bath, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

Facilities are deemed adequate with a well-equipped kitchen and communal laundry area. Some minor issues with maintenance, such as the television and heating, have been raised but do not detract significantly from the overall functionality.

Guests have mentioned appreciative gestures like milk in the fridge and tea/coffee provisions. While these are well-received, it is important to note that such personal touches, although delightful, are not guaranteed with every stay.

We had a great stay and everything was easy which was perfect given we had travelled from Australia last minute to see family. Everything was clean and well presented. The place had a lovely feel to it and it was great that it came with laundry facilities given our extended stay. Would recommend

Very quiet and great location - just a 10-15 walk to the marketplace, or hopping in the car to explore further afield. Cottage was ideal for our pooch, and the parking is much closer than the advertised 70 metres, it’s more like 10-20 metres. Would recommend.

Easy walk into Richmond centre and close to other scenic walks as well . We just used the cottage as a base and stayed there for 3 nights . I found the double bed a bit too hard to be comfortable , it would benefit from a better mattress, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay .
