Glebe House is located in the picturesque village of Finghall near Leyburn, offering a tranquil and private setting. The property features a beautiful lawned area and a private patio courtyard with a 6-seater hot tub where you can relax and unwind. The ground floor boasts a fabulous open plan kitchen and dining space, well-equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. The dining area with a banquet table sets the stage for special meals with loved ones. After dining, the living area invites relaxation with its comfortable seating and cosy ambiance. For convenience, there is a separate ramped access to an en-suite downstairs bedroom, perfect for guests with restricted mobility.
The first floor houses a luxury master family bedroom with a kingsize four-poster bed and a day bed suitable for a child, the en-suite has a free-standing bath and double walk-in shower. Two more en-suite kingsize bedrooms can be found on this level, each featuring a Smart TV and luxurious amenities. The cosy second floor with vaulted ceilings has two kingsize bedrooms which one can be made up as twin if required. All bedrooms are en-suite and have the luxury of Smart TVs. Lovely house with very large living areas and huge bedrooms. Luxury carpets and all mod cons in kitchen. Hot tub was easy to use and good location. We had lovely weather but only had wooden picnic benches to sit on and couldn’t find other furniture which featured in photos so didnt sit out for long as not that comfy! We did have an incident with keys and owners were lovely about it and helped us out of a sticky spot! Loved being st the house - could do with but more surfaces in some bathrooms and bedrooms to put things on and some long length mirrors would be good too. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend. 10 mins from Leyburn and Middleham and pub which is fabulous is less than 4 mins walk! Thanks for having us!!

We stayed at Glebe house to celebrate a 40th and 70th birthday as a family. The house is absolutely stunning, we literally couldn’t fault anything! The added bonus is an electric charger on the drive which was great! We had a fabulous time and hope to come back in the future!

Came here on the 27th with 3 generations of our family from different parts of the UK to celebrate a belated Christmas for 3 nights. The accommodation is remarkably spacious with a huge kitchen/dining/sitting area covering much of the ground floor. All the bedrooms were large, with modern ensuite showers. Every part of the house was always comfortably warm with good heating and insulation. The kitchen was well equipped with the only minor criticism that we needed more tea-towels.The games room on the opposite side of the courtyard was itself a huge barn heated by a wood burning stove. It was much loved and used by the children. The hot tub by the side door was well used even though it was December. Ample parking for our four cars and a bonus was the car charging point which was not mentioned in the specifications. The local pub which provided an excellent meal on our first night was only 1 minutes walk away. An excellent 3 days with nothing to dislike! The cleanliness was exceptional and Christmas decorations tasteful but not over the top. We would all be happy to return.
