As you step into the cottage, you’ll notice the warm and welcoming living room. With a cosy wood burner and plush velvet sofas, this is the perfect place to relax in and unwind. The Smart TV provides a variety of entertainment options, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light, with beautiful views across the dales. The kitchen/dining room offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together, and the kitchen itself has all the utensils and equipment you need to prepare delicious meals. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious and light-filled double bedrooms that are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and attractive bed linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom features a walk-in double rainfall-style shower, perfect for a refreshing start to the day. The imposing Castle Bolton is a 4-mile hike or a short drive away. The nearby Aysgarth Falls are a must-see, offering stunning views of cascading waterfalls and rock formations. Try a trip to the Forbidden Corner at Middleham, a wonderful day out that will delight all ages! There are two pubs in the village, both serving excellent food and local beers. The wonderfully stocked delicatessen in nearby Leyburn and the creamery at Wensleydale are a food lover’s dream, as are many of the pubs in and around Wensleydale all serving wonderful local produce. There is so much to see and do making this a perfect all year round destination.

Beautiful cottage, very clean. Overall we had a wonderful holiday but, the parking is not suitable. We parked behind the cottage and a neighbour told us to move our car as that is where he parked !! This was not a reserved parking space or double yellow lines so technically we could park there.. we were told by the neighbour to park on the grass at the front of the house. The cottage is on a situated on a sharp bend on a busy road so we felt that our car was unsafe to be parked there

Perfect little cottage to go explore the dales defo be back. Plenty shops and cafe close to hand and loads to do all not far from cottage. Cottage also within a lovely small village

A lovely, clean and well equipped cottage. It was a great base for exploring the area. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.
