Rose Cottage was the best setting for a birthday weekend. There were beautiful views across the dales from both of the upstairs bedrooms, and from the living room. We were also lucky enough to get in for a last few pints at The Green Dragon on its last weekend under the same owners that it’s had for 20 years or so! We would love to come back and stay again next year

Probably the cosiest and best equipped cottage we have stayed in. The kitchen is especially well equipped and is ideal for comfortable dining. The lounge is superbly cosy with an excellent log burner that was easy to light and manage. This kept the whole cottage warm during our stay. The 2 bathrooms are warm and well appointed offering either a shower or bath, a real luxury. Anxious to arrange our next visit.
