Great countryside location. Just a short downhill walk into Hawes. Good location to explore more of North Yorksire. Lots of walks and regular buses run from Hawes Museum

Only a small 2 seater sofa to sit on, no table and chairs to eat at. The arm of the sofa was broken and the cushion constantly fell off.The glasses in the kitchen were cloudy with use, and only 2 were glass, the rest were plastic. The socket where the microwave was plugged in was seriously unsafe, you had to wiggle it to work.
