Arrival Details
Check in is from 4.30pm, if you are arriving after 6pm it is your responsibility to contact Cedar Retreats to inform them of your later check in time and to complete the pre authorisation. This is a formal requirement prior to being allowed into the Lodge. Early arrivals will be not be permitted, unless arranged prior.
Security Deposit
Guests will receive a text from +44 7950 983110 to arrange payment of the £150 security deposit to cover any potential damages/missing items on check out.
Facilities
Please be aware that in the interest of cleanliness and healthy/hygiene, your hot tub “may not” be up to the desired temperature for you to use at the time of your arrival. The Management however will endeavour to do their absolute best regarding Hot Tub temperatures.
Parking
Please be aware that there is only parking for up to three cars on the driveway of a 3 bedroom Lodge, two cars on the driveway of a 2 bedroom Lodge, and one car on the driveway of a 1 bedroom Lodge.
Whilst On Site
Please note that this park is a quiet and relaxing retreat, and there should be no music to be played outside at any time, or loud music in the accommodations late at night. Any anti-social or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated on site.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cedar Retreats the accommodation was really clean and modern. Loved the hot tub! A short walk to the local pub and shops and a short drive to Masham. We would definitely go again.

Really relaxing holiday, great lodge with excellent facilities. The sofas were old and not very comfortable, could definitely do with updating. Everything else was good. Loved the very private hot tub. Dog friendly. Nice touch with the provision of dog beds and bowls.
