Spacious River Cottage on the northwest edge of Masham overlooks the River Ure and is a stone built end terrace cottage with four bedrooms.  Masham market place is only a short stroll away and this stylish cottage has a low walled garden to the front linking to a secure rear patio area and garden with secure bike storage and gate to the drive.  The cottage is appointed to a high standard and ideal for families or friends sharing who are looking for a great base from which to explore The Dales and North Yorkshire.

Inside

Entry from the patio leads into open plan living space with a contemporary kitchen featuring a dishwasher, automatic washer, oven, hob, microwave, a fridge and a freezer.  

A dining area has over-head lighting and a lounge area features views across the Holme to the river.

A front entrance porch is off the lounge area leading to the front garden and the Avenue.

A cosy hallway is off the lounge leading to a cloakroom with wc and wash basin.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

A stairway leads up from the lounge to a landing and four bedrooms plus a bathroom with a wash basin, bath and wc.  The main king-size double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, two bedrooms contain double beds and a fourth bedroom has a single bed.

The market town of Masham is the perfect gateway into The Dales and offers easy access to pretty riverside walks, with plenty of parkland and playing fields on your doorstep.  The town is famous for it's Yorkshire breweries including Theakston's and Black Sheep both with visitor centres and tours.
