This cottage is situated down a quiet country road just 1 mile from the local beauty spot of Plumpton Rocks. The 30 acres of lakeside parkland here make a fantastic backdrop for enjoying relaxing country walks whilst taking in the breathtaking landscape and the interesting rock formations. There are plenty more attractive country walks to be had in the surrounding area too with the Yorkshire Dales and Moors readily accessible by road and Braham Woods with the latter a short stroll from the property. For a change of scene a day trip to Harrogate is not to be missed with its shops pubs tea rooms and of course the wonderful Turkish spa. On arrival at this property guests will find that one step leads from the parking area up to patio which in turn leads to the front door. Once inside the comfortable lounge offers a lovely place to relax and unwind with its comfortable seating warming wood burner TV/DVD and iPod dock. The kitchen/diner just next to the lounge is a spacious room with a dining table at the centre and which is well-equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Before heading up the stairs to the first floor guests will pass a study area which may come in handy for those who need to catch up on work emails whilst away or simply would like a quiet place to read. The three bedrooms are all situated on the first floor of the cottage. The first of these is a pleasant king-size room which benefits from an en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom meanwhile is a twin room whilst the third is a triple room with three single beds which may make a great room for children. On request a sofa-bed at an additional charge can be made available to accommodate an eighth guest. The main bathroom offers the best of both worlds with a bath and separate walk-in shower plus a WC. Outside there is a patio garden to the rear of the property which has garden furniture and makes a good spot for enjoying al fresco drinks. There is parking available to the front of the property for up to five cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 twin, and 1 triple.
