About this Holiday Cottage

The Cottage at Nidderdale is a charming three bedroom property ideal for relaxing family breaks or walking holidays to Yorkshire Dales.

Inside

The spacious lounge has exposed beams, a wall mounted flat screen TV, feature fireplace and two reclining brown leather sofas. The farmhouse dining suite can seat six at the French oak table and this area also affords lovely country views. The farmhouse kitchen is well equipped with a Cookmaster electric range cooker and fridge/ freezer and the ground floor utility room houses the washer dryer and freezer plus useful storage for boots. The ground floor double bedroom is great for guests with limited mobility.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There is a master double bedroom with French oak suite including a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and this room boasts wonderful views. There is also a twin bedroom with French oak beds, dressing table and wardrobe plus a final single bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath, waterfall shower, WC and shaver point plus there is a useful downstairs WC and basin.

Outside

To the exterior there is a large lawn garden to the rear with a patio area. The is also a barbecue area to the front and plenty of parking for three cars. The owners live next door to the cottage and there are pygmy goats, horses and belted Galloway cattle to meet. 

Other Things to Note

All linen and towels are provided and a cot and high chair can be supplied for families. This is a non-smoking property and we do not accept pets. There is oil central heating at the cottage.

Availability

Short breaks of two nights or more are available throughout the year at this attractive Nidderdale cottage.

Around and About

The cottage is set eight miles from Harrogate and 6 miles from Pateley Bridge. There is also a great pub serving food one mile away and the cottage is in an excellent location for walkers.
