Situated close to Harrogate Convention Centre, Orleans is an impressive semi-detached house set within its own lovely garden with plenty of shops and amenities closeby. This family home has been opened up whilst the owners are travelling and it provides the ideal base for families or corporate groups visiting this historic spa town.

Inside

The large entrance hallway leads to two lounges - on a quiet music/ reading room with a piano and a second cosy sitting room with gas flame fire, TV and DVD player. The spacious dining room can seat at least seven guests and the modern white kitchen is well appointed with an American style fridge/ freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric oven, gas hob and microwave. Patio doors from this area lead out into the garden and there is a separate WC with hand basin.

The property sits in its own lawn garden with patio seating area. There is also parking for two cars on the large driveway. Please note that the owner's car will also be parked on the drive.

Other Things to Note

The rental price includes fuel, linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a highchair. Children of all ages are welcome but please bring your own cot and cot linen. There is a barbecue area for guests wishing to bring their own barbecue. Please request the futon bed when booking if it's required.
