This ground floor apartment is located just a short walk from Harrogate town centre, and close to the towns International Convention centre and Royal Hall which hold a programme of entertainment events alongside trade shows. There is also a theatre in the town as well as two cinemas, providing plenty of options for enjoying nights out. A visit to Harrogate would be incomplete without a trip to Bettys for afternoon tea and a relaxing spa session at the Turkish Baths, and both of these bastions of Harrogates history are within walking distance of the apartment, as are the Valley Gardens and 200 acre parkland, The Stray. On arrival at this elegant apartment, one step leads from the front door into a small hallway, after which guests will enter into the kitchen/diner. The dining table sits in the bay window offering garden views and TV. Up one small step is the galley kitchen area where there is an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Continue to the attractive lounge which has a wonderfully grand feel to it, with its large bay windows, feature fireplace, and leather sofa suite. There is a smartTV/DVD here as well as a radio and CD player, perfect for relaxing entertainment in the evenings. The washer/dryer meanwhile can be found in the cloakroom which also houses a WC and additional freezer for guest use in cupboard off the main corridor.The first of the two bedrooms is the spacious master bedroom suite which not only comprises a bedroom with a 5ft double bed, and TV, but also a walk in dressing room and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom is a restful twin room which benefits from its own TV and another en suite with a walk in shower and WC. There is a garden area to the side of the property which is a great place for enjoying alfresco dining in the summer months. There is off road driveway parking for one car adjacent to the apartment and on street parking for additional cars with disc/permits supplied by owner on request.
